  • Once an order is processed and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking number via the order status page or SMS notification.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with domestic and international dropshipping suppliers to offer competitive rates and fast handling:

  • Standard US Shipping: 5 – 10 Business Days ($4.99 or Free on qualifying promotional orders).

  • Express US Shipping: 3 – 5 Business Days (Rates calculated at checkout when available).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak holiday seasons, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you can track its journey using the tracking number provided on your order confirmation page or through our website's Track Order feature. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to populate in the carrier system.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is complete and accurate. JK Hub is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer, or for stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
